The Cellular Method ("we", "us", "our"), ABN 49 360 692 985, is based on the Central Coast, NSW, Australia. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect
- Your name, email address and billing details when you enrol or join our mailing list.
- Your course activity, including lessons completed, quiz results and feedback form responses.
- Information you send us when you contact us.
- Basic website data such as pages visited and device type, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

Why we collect it
- To provide the course, issue your certificate and transcript, and support you as a student.
- To process payments.
- To send you course updates and, with your consent, marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- To improve our course and website.

Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run our business, including Thinkific (course platform), Stripe or PayPal (payments), Jotform (feedback form and certificates), our email service provider and website host. These providers only receive what they need to do their job and some are located outside Australia, including in the United States and Canada. We do not sell your personal information.

If you are a practitioner who submits a client referral through the clinical referral pathway, the client's information is handled under a separate client consent and our clinical privacy practices. Never submit a client's details without their consent.

Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No online system is completely secure.

Access and corrections
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Complaints

Students outside Australia
By enrolling, you agree your information may be handled in Australia and by the overseas providers listed above.
