Refund Policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026 We want you to feel confident enrolling. 7-day refund You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if: - you have completed less than 25% of the Course, and - you have not downloaded your certificate or transcript. To request a refund, email [email protected] from the address you enrolled with, with your name and order details. We will process approved refunds to your original payment method within 10 business days. After 7 days, or after the limits above Because the Course content is digital and available immediately, we do not offer refunds after this point, except where the law requires one. Your rights under law This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the Course has a major problem, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy. Technical problems If you cannot access the Course because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.These terms apply when you enrol in The Cellular Method Longevity Training ("the Course") offered by The Cellular Method, ABN 49 360 692 985 ("we", "us"). Terms and Conditions 1. The Course The Course is an online, self-paced education program. It provides education in longevity and lifestyle support. It is not a regulated qualification, and completing it does not entitle you to register with, or practise as a member of, any regulated health profession. 2. Education only The Course content is general education. It is not medical advice and does not replace individual advice from a registered health professional. You are responsible for working within the scope of your own qualifications, registration, insurance and the laws that apply where you practise. 3. Certificate and transcript When you finish all lessons and submit the completion form, you will receive a certificate of completion and a course transcript. These confirm completion only. They are not an accreditation, licence or professional qualification. 4. Enrolment and access Access is for the person who enrolled and is not transferable. Do not share your login. We may suspend access if the Course is shared or misused. You will have access for 6 months from the date of enrolment. 5. Price and payment Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider. The founding price applies to the first cohort only and may change for later enrolments. 6. Refunds See our Refund Policy above. 7. Intellectual property All Course content, including videos, slides, scripts, templates, quizzes and resources, is owned by The Cellular Method. You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it. You may use the client templates with your own clients. You may not copy, resell, share or publish the Course content, or train other people using it, without our written permission. Team and business licences are available on request. 8. Clinical referral pathway (Australia only) The referral pathway is available only to practitioners referring clients in Australia. Access depends on eligibility, client consent and clinical suitability. We may decline a referral. Any clinical decision, including testing or prescribing, is made by the treating clinician. We do not guarantee any referral outcome. 9. No guarantee of results We do not guarantee any business, income or client outcome from completing the Course. 10. Australian Consumer Law Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. 11. Liability To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the Course. 12. Changes We may update the Course and these terms from time to time. 13.
